The DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue française) et le DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue française) are national diplomas from the national Ministry of higher education and research. They attest to a level of competence in the French language and are recognized world-over.
 
  • When? 2 sessions per year
  • Levels? A1, A2, B1 and B2 (DELF) and C1 and C2 (DALF)
  • Cost? From 90€ to 130€ depending on the examination
  • Preparation for examinations : DELF (55e)/ DALF (88€)
These are 6 independent diplomas which correspond to the 6 levels of the European reference framework. The candidate is free to take the examination(s) of his/her choice.

The DALF (C1 or C2 levels) allows you to integrate university studies in France without a language test.

Université Clermont Auvergne is an approved examination centre and organises one examination sessions at the end of each semester every year.

Dates of examination sessions 2018-2019

  • Session 1: 16, 17 or 18 January 2019
  • Session 2: 15, 16 or 17 May 2019
 

Enrollment

  • Session 1: between 19 November and 3 December, from 8h30 to 12h and 13h30 to 17h (Friday until 15h30)
  • Session 2 : between 11 March and 22 March, from 8h30 to 12h and 13h30 to 17h (Friday until 15h30)


For each session, an information meeting will be held

  • Session 1 : 8 November 2018 at 6pm, room 005
  • Session 2 : 7 March 2019 at 6pm, room 005

Preparatory classes for DELF / DALF

For each session of DELF / DALF examinations, specific preparatory classes are available

Fee for preparatory classes (in addition to examination fee) :
  • DELF (5 hours) : 55 €
  • DALF (8 hours) : 88 €
The preparatory classes will be organised depending on the number of participants.

A minimum number of 10 participants is necessary for each preparatory class.
